BodyWise Studio does not believe in high pressure sales, we never require a membership or joining fee and this has led us to be the best in our field.

Our hourly rate is compatible with other personal training facilities and the rate is dependant on your commitment, the more sessions you purchase the hourly rate is lowered. Our range is from $65.00 to $80.00 per hour.

Post Rehab Conditioning

This program is for the client who has moved beyond the acute phase of his/her condition, can tolerate exercise and has a referral or signed consent from a physician, physical therapist or chiropractor. The program will enhance the client’s functional capabilities through a supervised functional conditioning program.

This program is customized to the specific needs of the client and is conducted by a Kinesiologist or Post Rehab Conditioning Specialist. These clients with special needs such as limited range of motion, decreased strength, lack of endurance, balance and coordination dysfunction and diminished functional capacity for activities of daily living.

The conditioning program offer comprehensive strengthening, flexibility and cardiovascular conditioning for clients with various musculoskeletal, neurological and cardiovascular disorders. Established post rehab protocols are followed for low back pain, shoulder impingement, rotator cuff tear, hip arthroplasty/arthritis, cervical strain, ACL rupture, and patella-femoral syndrome. The client’s physical therapist, chiropractor or physician will be consulted to establish program guidelines and for approval of the conditioning program.

Children’s Fitness Program

Our children’s program promotes strength, flexibility, endurance, self-esteem and sensory integration through exercise and play.

Inactivity is now an epidemic among children and lack of exercise is a major reason for the growing rate of obesity among children. Physical activity has a positive impact on children’s physical development and also on their cognitive and social/emotional development. Regular activity can assist with:

  • Maintenance of healthy bones, muscles and joints
