As owner of BodyWise Personal Fitness Training Studio and trainer, Katherine is a veteran in the fitness industry and proud of it. From instructing class at the Y.M.C.A., implementing fitness workshops/events, one-on-one training, and post rehab conditioning, Katherine enjoys seeing clients improve their health and well-being. Her philosophy is that the focus of exercise should be on technique and functionality that is sustainable for life. The mind/body connection is a great intrigue to Katherine as she has always been interested in the power of the human body with her ultimate satisfaction being that clients create an awareness by bridging the gap between mind and body.
